Grand-Prize Winner: American Muslims, In Their Own Words
For her prize-winning entry in the One Nation, Many Voices Film Contest, 23-year-old filmmaker Lena Khan asked over 2,000 American Muslims what they wished to say to the rest of the world. The 5-minute film, “A Land Called Paradise,” features their responses, set to music by the country artist Kareem Salama.
